Honestly? We're just a bunch of design nerds who got tired of seeing the same boring boxes everywhere. Started this whole thing back in 2018 because Vancouver needed something different.

Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate line about "pioneering excellence" or whatever. What actually happened is our founder spent five years at one of those big-name firms, got fed up with cookie-cutter designs that clients didn't really love, and decided to do things differently.
We've been at this for seven years now, working out of a converted warehouse space in downtown Vancouver. The team's grown from just two of us sketching ideas over way too much coffee to a proper crew of architects, designers, and 3D wizards who genuinely care about making spaces that don't suck.
Our approach? Pretty simple really - we actually listen to what you want (wild concept, right?), then we figure out how to make it work without breaking the bank or sacrificing quality. Yeah, we're into sustainable design, but not in that preachy way. It just makes sense to build stuff that'll last and won't cost a fortune to heat.
No fluff, just what matters to us
No gimmicks or trends that'll look dated in two years. We design stuff that actually works for how you live.
You're not just a client number. We'll probably grab coffee together and hash things out like actual people.

Principal Architect
Started this whole thing. Usually found arguing with contractors or sketching on napkins. Drinks way too much espresso.
Lead Designer
The guy who makes sure everything looks good AND makes sense. Former carpenter, so he knows what'll actually work on site.
Sustainability Specialist
Makes sure we're not screwing up the environment. Also happens to be amazing at finding cost-effective green solutions.
3D Visualization Lead
Tech wizard who turns our sketches into those crazy-realistic renders. Gaming PC at home probably costs more than his car.
Project Manager
Keeps us all on track and on budget. Surprisingly good at dealing with city permits and bureaucracy without losing her mind.
Interior Space Planner
Has this weird talent for making small spaces feel huge. Probably rearranged his apartment like fifty times this year.

We've done over 180 projects around the Lower Mainland. Most of our work comes from referrals, which tells you something. People seem to appreciate that we don't BS them about timelines or budgets, and we're actually reachable when questions come up.
Also helps that we know Vancouver's building codes inside-out and have solid relationships with local contractors. Makes everything move faster and smoother.
