Here's a collection of projects we've poured our hearts into over the years. Each one's got its own story, its own challenges, and yeah - its own late nights with coffee and blueprint revisions. From cozy residential spots to bold commercial statements, these spaces represent what happens when clients trust us with their vision.
This one was special - clients wanted floor-to-ceiling glass without losing privacy. We played with angles and natural barriers, letting the ocean do half the work. Took us six months of back-and-forth, but when you see that sunset through the living room... worth every revision.
Converting a heritage building into a modern workspace while keeping the character intact? Not gonna lie, that's where things get interesting. The exposed brick stayed, the layout went futuristic.
Turning 1200 sq ft into something that feels twice the size? That's where vertical space and smart lighting come into play.
Acoustics in restaurants are criminally underrated. We spent weeks getting the sound balance right so people could actually have conversations. Added these custom wood slat panels that look decorative but they're doing serious acoustic work.
Building in mountain terrain means respecting what's already there. We worked around existing trees, followed the natural slope, and made sure the structure could handle heavy snow loads. It's not just about looking good - it's gotta survive winter up there.
Retail's changed a lot - it's not just about displaying products anymore. People want an experience. We created these flowing spaces with flexible displays that can be reconfigured monthly.
Four units, each one unique but cohesive as a group. Gave 'em individual rooftop access because private outdoor space in the city is gold.
Designed this space for maximum flexibility - from solo freelancers to teams of ten. Natural light was the priority, so we knocked out some interior walls and added skylights. Plants everywhere too, because who doesn't work better with some greenery around?
This project was all about pushing sustainability without sacrificing design. Solar panels integrated into the roofline, geothermal heating, triple-pane windows - the works. Client's energy bills are basically non-existent now, which is pretty satisfying to hear.
Every room needed to feel different but part of the same story. We used local materials and commissioned BC artists for custom pieces.
These are just snapshots. Each project's got way more depth - blueprints, process docs, material specs, and yeah, those inevitable plot twists that happen during construction. If something here caught your eye or you're working on a project that could use our approach, let's grab coffee and talk about it.
